Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting and hiring processes on a national and global scale
• Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent
• Conduct professional interviews and assess candidate suitability
• Utilize recruitment software and tools to maintain efficient talent pipelines
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet organizational hiring goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience in talent acquisition or human resources
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with HR/Payroll management systems
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other learning technologies
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the industrial pipe fabrication industry
