Sr. Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand business priorities, role requirements, and workforce plans
• Serve as a strategic talent advisor, offering guidance on market trends, talent availability, and hiring strategies
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process from initial intake through offer acceptance and negotiation
• Proactively source, screen, and assess candidates to build pipelines of both active and passive talent
• Deliver a seamless and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring teams
• Leverage Workday and AI-enabled recruiting technologies to drive efficient workflows and data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting processes, tools, and candidate engagement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
• Strong expertise in direct sourcing and engaging passive talent
• Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting, including interviewing and offer closing
• Strong project management capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results in complex, deadline-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or similar applicant tracking systems
• Background in diversity recruiting and inclusive hiring practices
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools for talent insights and process optimization
• Experience working within high-volume manufacturing environments
