Sr. Systems Technologist

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational continuity and optimal performance of fixed video surveillance, centralized video platforms, and mobile communication systems.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on critical infrastructure, including power supply (AC/DC), transport networks, and microwave links.
• Respond to network incidents through rotating on-call schedules to diagnose video failures and radio interference.
• Perform root cause analysis and execute hardware and software installations or updates.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for multiple integrated product configurations across various client sites.
• Maintain all system installations in strict compliance with Motorola Solutions' R56 Standard.

Requirements

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (recent graduates or final-year students with full availability are welcome).
• 2+ years of experience in telecommunications, IT, or fixed video systems, specifically in post-sales maintenance and installation.
• Technical proficiency in RF principles and mission-critical LMR systems (P25, TETRA, DMR), including Digital Trunking and Simulcast.
• Experience with IP network configurations, fixed video platforms, and VMS management (RSTP, RTMP, SRT).
• Basic administration skills in Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of AC/DC power systems and dispatch center infrastructure.
• Valid driver's license and English proficiency level A1/A2.
• Availability to travel (up to 50%).
