Sr Systems Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead customer engagement and technical sales cycles for strategic accounts, including discovery workshops, solution presentations, and managing POCs/POVs.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure architectures leveraging Dell’s portfolio across AI, servers, storage, HCI, networking, and multicloud solutions.
• Drive technical validation and solution assurance through hands-on lab testing and defining success criteria.
• Partner with sales teams to accelerate business growth through account planning, pipeline generation, and technical negotiations.
• Act as a technical SME and thought leader, providing internal enablement and mentoring junior presales engineers.

Requirements

• 12–15+ years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• Proven expertise in solutions architecture and leading complex enterprise technology deals.
• Strong consultative, customer-facing skills with the ability to engage C-level executives.
• Deep technical knowledge of servers, storage, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI).
• Proficiency in networking, security, and Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
• Fluency in English and experience working in multicultural environments.
