Sr. Systems Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Drive technical innovation to improve validation capabilities, including tool and script development and procedural methodology enhancement
• Debug issues identified during process, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs
• Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to track test execution and ensure features are validated and optimized on schedule
• Work closely with supporting technical teams on various internal initiatives
• Engage in software and hardware modeling frameworks

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
• Programming and scripting skills in C/C++, Perl, Ruby, or Python
• Strong understanding of debug techniques and methodologies
• Experience using lab equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Knowledge of system architecture and validation strategies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with board or platform-level debug, including delivery, sequencing, analysis, and optimization
• Familiarity with protocol analyzers and other common lab instrumentation
