Sr. Systems Administrator

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and file services.
• Manage virtualized and cloud server infrastructure, performing regular upgrades, patching, and maintenance.
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), hybrid cloud integrations, and Microsoft 365 services including Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity.
• Manage a Citrix environment and support endpoint management and mobile device administration.
• Assist with network security by installing Wi-Fi APs, switches, and firewalls, and monitoring network performance.
• Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents, vulnerabilities, and threats.
• Provide technical troubleshooting assistance and training to IT Technicians across multiple locations.
• Assist with budgeting, vendor coordination, hardware procurement, and asset management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in systems administration.
• Proficiency in Windows Server Administration (2019, 2022, 2025).
• Strong expertise in Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and Azure Administration.
• Experience with Aruba Wireless Networks, Cisco Meraki Firewalls/VPNs, and Fortinet Switching Infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix Administration and general network administration.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
