Sr. Surety Assistant Client Service Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day servicing of surety clients and build strong professional relationships
• Execute the issuance of surety bonds and perform associated activities based on client instructions
• Accurately enter data from bond requests into the bond issuing system
• Process renewals, cancellations, closures, and riders
• Assist with the resolution of client and carrier accounting issues
• Prepare and submit billing and report bonds to carriers
• Prepare written correspondence, reports, and analysis for management
• Participate in internal and external meetings while maintaining client confidentiality

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team setting
• Strong customer service and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of insurance industry experience related to servicing accounts
• Experience working with surety, specifically within an insurance brokerage environment
• Experience using Epic and Sure Path
