About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic plans to improve service, productivity, and quality in alignment with organizational vision
- Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement
- Lead the supply chain strategy vision and execution by working closely with internal and external new product development teams
- Prepare and present detailed, data-driven business reviews to senior leadership focused on supply chain risk management
- Drive strategic supply chain risk reviews and mitigations with cross-functional internal teams
- Build scalable, predictive, and prescriptive supply chain risk management solutions for the AIS Power and Cooling organization
Requirements
- 2+ years of program, project, or product management experience
- 6+ years of related industry experience
- 8+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau
- Experience creating innovative global supply strategies that result in tangible business benefits
- Experience leading and defining requirements across diverse organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
- Proven track record in negotiations with global suppliers and cost reduction
- Experience in procurement practices working with engineering, supply chain, and Tier 1 OEM partners
- Experience with best-in-class procurement processes including category management, benchmarking, and RFX
