About the role

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic plans to improve service, productivity, and quality in alignment with organizational vision
  • Develop and implement systems of accountability to ensure ongoing, measurable performance improvement
  • Lead supply chain strategy vision and execution by working closely with internal and external new product development teams
  • Prepare and present detailed, data-driven business reviews to senior leadership regarding supply chain risk management
  • Drive strategic supply chain risk reviews and implement necessary mitigations with internal teams

Requirements

  • 2+ years of program, project, or product management experience
  • 6+ years of related industry experience
  • 8+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in data centers, infrastructure service providers, or related technology companies
  • Proven track record in global supplier negotiations and cost reduction
  • Experience with procurement practices involving engineering, supply chain, and Tier 1 OEM partners
  • Experience with best-in-class procurement processes including category management, benchmarking, and RFX
