Sr. Supply Chain Manager - Process and Systems Enablement, Robotics Supply Chain

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and consolidation of Supply Chain Execution requirements for Planning and Procurement processes across ERP, PLM, and Supply Chain Planning Systems.
• Partner with Planning, Procurement, PMO, and technology teams to translate operational needs into business requirements, user stories, and process inputs.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in system design sessions and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate implemented capabilities.
• Analyze operational data, process performance, and stakeholder feedback to identify pain points and prioritize improvements.
• Define and maintain key Planning and Procurement process metrics to support business reviews and monitor system adoption.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through process improvement, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, planning, strategic sourcing, or program management.
• Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases.
• Experience collecting and analyzing data to drive process and system improvements.
• Experience working with enterprise supply chain systems or system-enabled operational workflows.
• Proven ability to drive direction and alignment with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, or analytics.
• 2+ years of experience specifically driving process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of ERP and procurement tools such as Oracle, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Experience supporting UAT or validating system capabilities against business requirements.
