Sr. Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for IT Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) products
• Provide hardware and software services to a broad customer base
• Utilize technical judgment to maintain and manage customer-approved product lists
• Identify and execute opportunities for process improvement based on customer interactions
• Support a Monday through Friday work schedule within designated hours

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant job experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued TS/SCI clearance with a CI Poly required prior to start date
• U.S. citizenship is required
• Proven experience in supply chain management, IT technical environments, and customer service

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with technology program management and customer interaction
• Background in logistics, including material acquisition and material handling
• Familiarity with technical systems engineering, integration, or IT infrastructure
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative team player mindset
