Sr Supply Chain Analyst

Responsibilities

• Lead all supply chain activities and processes for the plant/operations unit
• Define the plant supply chain strategy and translate it into actionable plans
• Set and implement SCM standards and requirements for internal and external contacts
• Initiate and manage optimization measurements to improve efficiency, reliability, and cost
• Contribute to strategic, budget, and operative planning, including inventory and capacity planning
• Define SCM targets and ensure achievement based on customer expectations
• Implement continuous improvement activities using CBS methods
• Interface with various business functions to gather local supply chain requirements and feedback
• Lead change management and ensure compliance within the plant SCM processes
• Conduct employee dialogues, personnel development, and coaching

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (or 10+ years if no relevant Bachelor's degree)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
• 7+ years of experience with a relevant degree
• Experience with SAP
