Sr. Supervisor – Powertrain Drive Unit Production

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations at the AMP-2 facility in KAEC, KSA, focusing on powertrain drive unit production
• Coach team members on safety, quality, and productivity to ensure adherence to standardized work
• Supervise production teams and interface with Process and Maintenance Engineers to improve manufacturing performance
• Implement and drive Lean Manufacturing practices and the Lucid Production System on the shop floor
• Manage material flow, handling, and supplier quality claims to ensure seamless production
• Build team capability through continuous coaching, development, and performance management
• Conduct process confirmations, audits, and shift briefings to maintain high operational standards
• Manage production schedules, attendance, and resource allocation to meet shift targets
• Ensure all activities comply with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) policies and maintain up-to-date documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in automotive Powertrain (HV and Drive Unit) manufacturing
• 5+ years of experience in automotive manufacturing and Lean manufacturing
• 3+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP or equivalent)
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including rotating shifts and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with fabrication or blanking processes
• Lean or TPS certifications
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and engineering software tools
