Sr. Supervisor, New Equipment

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations for the new equipment installation business in the Moorestown area
• Supervise construction mechanics and installation teams to support safe, efficient project delivery
• Manage financial performance, including profit, working capital, billing, and cash coverage
• Coordinate labor forecasting, scheduling, material deliveries, purchase orders, and change orders
• Conduct safety audits, jobsite inspections, and field training to maintain a safe work environment
• Build strong relationships with customers, coworkers, field employees, and local authorities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of elevator industry experience or similar field leadership experience
• Experience leading field technicians or field-level associates
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft-based software
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong leadership, decision-making, time management, and organizational skills
• Experience in construction process administration, including RFIs and contract interpretation
