Sr. Supervisor, Global Training & Quality

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage training facilitators and quality auditors across multiple countries and business segments
• Oversee the development, delivery, and evaluation of customer service training and quality programs to ensure regulatory compliance
• Provide coaching and feedback to training facilitators and quality auditors
• Conduct regular observations of training sessions and quality audits
• Develop and manage the department's budget and monitor expenses
• Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
• Analyze data and implement evaluation methods to assess program effectiveness

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development with a focus on adult learning
• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service quality and auditing
• Working budget and P&L financial acumen
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Training Professional (CTP)
• Certified Quality Auditor or Certified Internal Auditor
• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• Experience designing and delivering training via various modalities, including virtual training
