Sr Subcontracts Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage all subcontracts with suppliers for products and services throughout project life cycles
• Support Program Managers on subcontractor cost, performance, and schedule matters
• Administer existing subcontracts and maintain accurate records
• Evaluate bids and proposals for compliance with company policies and program requirements
• Communicate regularly with subcontractors to address performance issues
• Execute quick react requirements and respond to data calls and audit activities

Requirements

• 4 years of procurement or subcontracts administration experience
• 2 years of negotiation, contract, and proposal management skills
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Familiarity with procurement software and tools
• US Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or a Technical discipline
• Experience with FAR and DFAR
• Experience utilizing SAP and MS Office Suite
• Experience managing subcontractors through all phases of a program lifecycle
