Sr. Subcontracts Administrator

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle procurement and subcontract administration for major construction projects in the Energy & Chemical industry
• Execute pre-award activities including qualifying potential bidders, issuing Invitations To Bid, and assisting with commercial and technical bid evaluations
• Perform post-award duties such as contract finalization, daily subcontract management, invoicing, change management, and status reporting
• Oversee contract closeout and maintain detailed subcontract files in accordance with established company procedures
• Support contractors engaged in construction activities within a site-based environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in subcontracts formation and administration
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
