Sr. Strategic Management Consultant

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate executive guidance into actionable initiatives
• Analyze data for program build activities including Future Years Defense Program (FYDP)
• Provide trend analysis reports to identify resource gaps
• Develop Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) narratives
• Support the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process
• Facilitate resource strategy coordination across multiple directorates
• Lead meetings, teams, and projects within the strategic management environment

Requirements

• TS/SCI with a Polygraph
• Bachelor’s Degree and 12+ years of experience in Strategic Management or PPBE
• Or a Graduate degree with 10 years of experience
• Or 16 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing task descriptions with minimal guidance
• Experience in enterprise-level portfolio management
• Experience with data automation tools and techniques
