Sr. Strategic Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business and operational needs
• Lead sourcing and procurement activities to ensure materials meet quality, cost, and delivery targets
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best overall value for the business
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality and responsiveness
• Identify and execute cost-saving opportunities and value improvement initiatives
• Analyze market trends and price fluctuations to influence procurement strategies
• Manage purchase orders and ensure SAP data integrity and audit compliance
• Resolve supply disruptions, invoice discrepancies, and vendor setup issues

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of relevant procurement or strategic buying experience
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and numerical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding production deadlines
• Proficiency in managing complex data and market trends
