Responsibilities

  • Manage oversight of client campaigns with superior customer service to maximize growth and efficiency
  • Meet business KPIs and development within signed IOs
  • Act as the owner of the client experience to create long-term partnerships
  • Lead strategic channel planning activities in partnership with creative, brand success, sales, and media investment teams
  • Establish and grow strong relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Work with internal partners to gauge campaign performance against original objectives
  • Proactively monitor industry trends and share knowledge with the team
  • Optimize revenue opportunities with specific clients

Requirements

  • 7+ years of client management and media or influencer experience within agencies
  • Proven track record of client and team success
  • Experience and comfort with high-level client communications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Entrepreneurial self-motivator with problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA degree
  • Deep passion for the social media space and evolving platforms
