Sr. Staff Transformation Team - Data Operations

Responsibilities

• Drive and oversee complex transformation projects across Data Operations domains to move from manual processes to proactive, exception-based workflows
• Design and implement scalable workflows, process improvements, and automation to enhance operational efficiency
• Evaluate, pilot, and deploy AI tooling, LLMs, and modern data management platforms to reduce operational friction
• Partner with Data Engineering, Client Services, and Product teams to translate operational requirements into technical roadmaps
• Formulate KPIs and metrics to measure the success, impact, and ROI of transformation initiatives
• Lead cultural and operational shifts to ensure high adoption of new tools across traditional operational teams
• Mentor team members and serve as a subject matter expert for operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in data operations, financial services technology, or consulting
• Proven track record of leading complex operational improvements and managing transformation projects
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI/ML tools, Prompt Engineering, or LLMs to optimize data workflows
• Strong understanding of the regulatory and control landscapes surrounding financial data
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive results independently in a fast-paced environment
