Sr Staff Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define test requirements for new ICs in conjunction with the development team
• Write characterization programs and develop production test programs
• Design load boards for Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
• Perform GR&R studies and transient analysis (spike checks/de-glitching)
• Develop test methodologies, schematics, PCB layouts, and hardware
• Correlate production test solutions to bench measurements and transfer solutions to production

Requirements

• BSEE degree
• 12+ years of experience creating test solutions for an automated test environment in the semiconductor industry
• Extensive experience with Analog, Mixed Signal, and Power ICs (e.g., LDOs, Buck Regulators, PMIC, PWM Controllers)
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• In-depth experience with 93k, Cohu DiamondX, ETS364, or Teradyne microFLEX
