Sr. Staff Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive comprehensive plans for software-impacting hardware changes and new software features
• Influence company and program milestones to align with software schedules
• Drive software-hardware integration efforts and act as a principal liaison for cross-domain dependencies
• Cultivate strong working relationships across the organization to ensure seamless software integration
• Prioritize and drive the swift resolution of software issues during development
• Manage verification test plans for unique software and hardware configurations
• Deliver clear updates on software delivery progress to executive leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate systemic risks to software delivery timelines or quality
• Lead continuous process improvements within the software development lifecycle
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to other Technical Program Managers

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
• 10+ years of progressive Technical or Engineering Program Management experience
• Proven track record in software delivery for complex, integrated software-hardware products at scale
• Expertise in spearheading strategic development and production launches of new products
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Mastery of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
• Advanced proficiency in Jira and other program management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a software or hardware product development engineer
• Experience with over-the-air (OTA) software update strategies
• Experience in the automotive industry
