Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee global SAP PLM and MDG solutions to achieve business objectives
• Lead SAP PLM and MDG projects from inception to completion, including upgrades and new module implementations
• Develop best practice solutions and identify latest trends in Operations to drive efficiency
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver Operations transformational projects
• Analyze business requirements and present implementation roadmaps based on cost/benefit analysis
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP-related issues in the PLM and MDG space
• Maintain and continuously improve solutions by designing new functionalities
• Engage with operations leaders to identify business problems suitable for AI or automation solutions

Requirements

• More than 7 years of experience in process mapping, design, configuration, and customizing of SAP Solutions
• More than 7 years of experience in SAP PLM and MDG implementation within an IT team
• Proficiency with SAP, ERP, S/4 Hana, SAP PLM, MDG, PPM, and Microsoft tools
• Experience in implementation of SAP PLM, MDG, and end-to-end business processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field
• Certifications in APICS, SAP PLM, MDG, or PPM
