Sr Staff, Project/Program Design

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of new industrial and automotive semiconductor products from inception through tape out and start of production
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time delivery and high quality
• Drive cross-functional teams including design, test, product engineering, validation, marketing, and operations to meet project milestones
• Manage multiple key projects in parallel or lead singular large-scale programs
• Proactively identify risks and develop collaborative mitigation efforts to prevent project delays
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress to senior management and stakeholders
• Drive execution initiatives and process improvements at the functional and business group levels

Requirements

• BS in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (Masters in EE preferred)
• 10-15 years of experience in the semiconductor domain
• 5+ years of hands-on technical program or project management experience leading cross-functional teams
• 3+ years of experience within NPI (New Product Introduction) functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions for executive-level reporting
• Experience working in high-pressure environments with competing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification
• Exposure to APQP automotive processes
• Knowledge of back-end semiconductor processes including Wafer Fabrication, Bump, Packaging, Assembly, and Test
• Experience with DFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and Confluence
