About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects
- Lead cross-functional teams and define project roadmaps in collaboration with R&D and Marketing
- Identify necessary resources, manage technical risks, and resolve issues to maintain project timelines
- Drive continuous process improvements and establish team best practices
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support on pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Provide regular, detailed status updates to management and external customers
Requirements
- Engineering degree (BS with 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years of experience)
- Strong technical knowledge of IC design and ASIC development
- Proven project leadership experience within a high-tech environment
- Expertise in risk and change management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
