Sr Staff Production Support Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage OSAT (3rd party vendor) operations, including production orders via SAP, WIP movement, material shortages, and backlog resolution.
• Act as a key liaison between supply chain, OSAT manufacturing, customer services, and support functions to provide supply status against demand.
• Own delivery commit plans and develop recovery plans to ensure timely shipping within target cycle times.
• Monitor order fulfillment progress and coordinate monthly forecasts with OSATs to secure delivery commitments.
• Conduct inventory analysis to manage Days of Inventory (DOI), address slow-moving/obsolete stock, and recommend material substitutions.
• Maintain planning parameter master data integrity to ensure precise reporting and drive improvements in On-Time Delivery (OTD) and cycle time metrics.
• Participate in operations meetings to ensure alignment with company goals and support internal projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operation Planning.
• 8-10 years of manufacturing or subcon management experience.
• Proficiency in SAP, Kinaxis, or other ERP systems.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain understanding.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor industry or a similar high-tech manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to influence change and solve complex problems independently.
• Strong analytical skills with a high sensitivity to supply chain planning.
