Sr. Staff EE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design high power density AC/DC PSU and power shelf systems for server, telecom, datacenter, and industrial applications
• Support RFI and RFQ processes and provide comprehensive design proposals
• Provide PSU design solutions and lead design reviews with Tier 1 customers
• Manage overall project responsibility for EE design from project kick-off through mass production
• Drive component standardization, design optimization, and cost reduction initiatives
• Perform tolerance analysis, simulation, and technical issue solving

Requirements

• Bachelor or above degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
• 8+ years of experience in PSU, UPS, BBU, or EV charger design
• Solid understanding of software implementation and design
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
• Ability to travel and work in a multi-task environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading R&D teams
• Capability for independent research and working with emerging technologies
• Willingness to travel overseas or be dispatched for business trips
