Sr Staff DFT Engineer - NPU/AI Processor

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, optimize, verify, and test electronic systems for NPU/AI Processors
• Execute scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis
• Define test mode timing constraints and provide timing fixes or corrective actions for violations
• Simulate test vectors and perform equivalence checks
• Apply DFT DRC rules using RTL lint tools and ATPG tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance requirements and launch cutting-edge products

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 11+ years of experience in ASIC/DFT
• In-depth knowledge of DFT concepts and hands-on experience with scan insertion and ATPG
• Expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and Shell
• Experience with ATPG tools like Tessent, TetraMax, or TK
• Knowledge of DFT DRC rules in RTL lint tools (e.g., Spyglass)
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Working experience with Genus, Synopsys TetraMax/DFTMax, or Cadence Encounter Test
• Ability to work effectively in an international, dynamic team environment
• Proven ability to multitask and manage several high-priority designs in parallel
