Sr. Specialist Test Planning

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate test and validation for powertrain systems, including functional and durability tests
• Manage testing on vehicles and test benches
• Oversee powertrain testing logistics, timing, and technical issues
• Provide transparency regarding test and validation status and meet vehicle project targets
• Define planning and reporting tools and manage planning files
• Manage risk for powertrain commissioning and alert management to conflicts
• Align commissioning planning with all relevant interface partners

Requirements

• Automotive industry experience
• Management and hands-on testing experience
• Expertise in test and validation, planning, and reporting
• Master or PhD degree
• Self-organizing and solution-oriented mindset
