Sr. Specialist, Strategic Sourcing, Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for Marketing and Finance professional services to align with global business objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare strategies, tactics, and conduct negotiations to obtain maximum value.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on corporate and business goals.
• Lead RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes, evaluating competitive offerings via cost analysis.
• Identify cost reduction and cost avoidance opportunities through data-driven initiatives.
• Coordinate with the Legal Department to develop accurate, legally defensible contracts that minimize risk.
• Manage supplier performance, resolving contract, quality, or payment issues as required.
• Execute and coordinate local professional services initiatives within the EMEA region.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 2+ years of indirect services sourcing experience, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Advanced knowledge in Category Management.
• Strong commercial and contractual negotiation skills.
• Experience in business partner engagement, relationship management, and strategic sourcing.
• Fluency in English with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a virtual, global, and highly matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Procurement background specifically involving Marketing services.
• Proficiency with Ariba, SAP, or Peoplesoft.
• Experience with Fieldglass or other Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
