Sr. Specialist Quality Assurance

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and document the Project Quality Management System (PQMS) and Project Quality Plan
• Plan, conduct, and report on 1st and 2nd party audits, with experience in 3rd party audits
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) by performing Root Cause Analysis and implementing corrective actions
• Identify, rate, and mitigate quality risks and manage residual risks
• Conduct supplier capability assessments through desktop and physical reviews
• Prepare and conduct Management Review Meetings (MRM) and track identified action points
• Identify and document lessons learned to improve future project performance
• Provide reporting on audit status, NCRs, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Interpret and impart training on international and client quality standards

Requirements

• BE/B Tech Engineering Degree or Diploma
• ISO 9001:2015 Certified Lead Auditor (Mandatory)
• 12-15 years of total professional experience
• Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in Onshore/Offshore environments, including FEED and EPC Detailed Engineering
• Extensive exposure to QMS and QA Audits
• Strong expertise in Root Cause Analysis and quality tools (5 Whys, Statistical tools)
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical skills and report writing capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Lead Auditor for OHSAS, ISO 45001, or ISO 14001
• NDE Level II certification
• Certified Welding Inspector certification
• Experience with Power BI Dashboards and Corporate QMS
