Sr Specialist, ODM Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and scout new factories across target regions such as China and Southeast Asia
• Conduct on-the-ground visits to assess manufacturing capabilities, capacity, and infrastructure
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential suppliers aligned with various category needs
• Support due diligence on new suppliers regarding capability, compliance, financial health, and risk profiles
• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new ODM suppliers, coordinating cross-functional assessments and documentation
• Follow up directly with suppliers on samples, quotations, and technical clarifications
• Track progress on key sourcing projects to ensure timelines and deliverables are met

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, manufacturing, or engineering
• International experience and exposure to factory environments or supplier-facing roles
• Strong willingness to travel frequently and spend significant time on factory floors
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
