Sr. Specialist, Logistics JIT/JIS Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop Just-In-Time (JIT) and Just-In-Sequence (JIS) processes and equipment
• Manage and optimize manual and automated material flow processes from supplier to production
• Collaborate with automotive JIT/JIS suppliers to resolve delivery and quality issues
• Align logistics strategies with product planning to synchronize production schedules
• Lead cross-functional teams including logistics, production, and planning
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce lead times and enhance supplier performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive supply chain, logistics, or JIT/JIS management
• Experience performing process audits and knowledge of VDA and ISO standards
• Strong understanding of Change Management principles in automotive environments
• Experience with TMS, WMS, route optimization, and material flow planning
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage supplier equipment awarding
