Sr. Specialist

Responsibilities

• Perform E3D Project Administration, including creating Global Setup (Satellite and Hub) and managing user access and Project MDBs.
• Monitor and maintain AVEVA global processes and daemons.
• Manage Catalogue and Specification Creation in AVEVA across Piping, Structural, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines.
• Assist with E3D DRAW setup for all discipline drawing activities, including administration of various libraries and rules.
• Set up the ISODRAFT module for isometric generation and troubleshoot isometric errors.
• Configure AVEVA Clash Manager and assist designers with clash check reporting.
• Coordinate and generate Project Model Review sessions at key milestones (30%, 60%, and 90%).
• Perform daily E3D administration tasks such as Expunge, DICE, Map build, and Clash runs.
• Troubleshoot all E3D modules, including Isometric and Drafting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• 5+ years of related experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Proven expertise as an E3D Administrator within an Information Management or Piping discipline.
• Experience deploying engineering tools and systems to engineering teams in coordination with IT support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the AVEVA programming language (PML).
• Proficiency in .NET and SQL.
