Sr. Specialist - FP&A & Reporting

Responsibilities

• Process, analyze, and prepare reports on financial metrics periodically
• Assist in the preparation of the annual plan, budget, and monthly P&L forecasts
• Support month-end processes by providing SG&A cost analyses and expense accrual summary reports
• Maintain SOP/DTP documentation and incorporate updates as required
• Propose alternatives for identified issues and assist in investigating and resolving common and unusual issues
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and increase productivity
• Participate in audit-related activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent relevant course
• 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in Finance or Accounting
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
• Working knowledge of accounting standards, procedures, and internal controls
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and Blackline Systems is an advantage
