Sr Specialist, Finance Operations & Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status trackers for departmental initiatives
• Monitor progress against milestones and proactively identify risks or delays
• Prepare clear project status reports, KPIs, and ad-hoc financial executive summaries for the CFO
• Create presentations and briefing materials for leadership and steering committees
• Enhance the department’s PMO framework by updating templates and processes
• Organize and maintain shared project materials across Teams and SharePoint
• Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas and managing action items
• Conduct research and benchmarking to support project scoping and cost estimates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience supporting projects or operations in a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Experience with structured project management practices and tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-ready materials
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail
