Sr. Specialist - AI Automation & Testing

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement end-to-end toolchains spanning code commit, build, ECU flashing, and HIL testing
• Build ML models for test case prioritization, failure prediction, and intelligent test selection
• Implement anomaly detection on logs, CAN traces, and system telemetry
• Develop NLP pipelines for automated log triage and defect classification
• Integrate AI modules into pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions
• Orchestrate workflows with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable test execution
• Automate ECU flashing (UDS, bootloaders) and OTA package deployment workflows
• Build and maintain SIL/HIL frameworks and vehicle-level regression systems
• Create pipelines for ingesting and analyzing vehicle telemetry and test data
• Develop tools for log parsing and real-time monitoring/alerting

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field
• 8+ years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU-level software stacks
• Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, UDS)
• Expert knowledge of GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Advanced Python, SQL, and Bash programming skills
• Experience with ML/AI frameworks including Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with vehicle network tools like CANalyzer or CANoe
