Sr. Spec Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead complex development and production programs from planning through execution, ensuring successful transition to sustained manufacturing.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, finance, and contracts.
• Support production readiness, capacity planning, and material execution to facilitate manufacturing ramp and operational scale.
• Develop and manage integrated schedules, identify program risks, and implement mitigation and recovery plans.
• Manage supplier performance and coordinate material risk mitigation to protect production continuity.
• Prepare executive-level status reviews, decision briefings, and customer communications.
• Lead corrective actions and resolve execution barriers to support continuous improvement in high-visibility environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of experience in program management, manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership.
• Graduate Degree and 4+ years of experience in program management, manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership.
• 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree in program management, manufacturing, operations, or engineering leadership.
• 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and driving accountability.
• Ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing programs through development and production phases.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, supply chain execution, and production planning.
• Demonstrated success managing schedules, risks, budgets, and customer deliverables in highly regulated environments.
• Strong executive communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate independently.
