Sr Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives within approved spend thresholds to ensure compliant and value-driven outcomes
• Support the development of category strategies in partnership with category leads and key stakeholders
• Partner with Legal teams on contract negotiations, renewals, amendments, and terminations
• Act as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders across various functions
• Ensure strict adherence to procurement policies, governance frameworks, and third-party risk requirements
• Promote responsible sourcing, ESG, and supplier diversity principles
• Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across procurement operations
• Contribute to team capability building through knowledge sharing and mentoring

Requirements

• Up to 10 years of expertise in end-to-end strategic sourcing, category management, and commercial negotiations within a global organization
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders in a matrixed environment
• Solid understanding of contract management, supplier risk, compliance, and governance frameworks
• Proven ability to identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and long-term value creation
• Experience leveraging procurement systems and data, specifically Ariba or Coupa
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced qualification
