Sr Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement and tailor Altium Enterprise solutions by analyzing customer frameworks, environments, and hardware development bottlenecks.
• Build long-term, successful customer relationships through technical expertise and active listening.
• Provide deep technical guidance on product applications, roadmaps, and process optimizations to meet customer business drivers.
• Develop detailed Statements of Work (SOW) that quantify key tasks and deliverables for proposed solutions.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to develop customized solutions and work with R&D to resolve high-impact technical gaps.
• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure customer priorities are delivered on time and meet expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Solutions Architecture, Professional Services, Customer Success, or a similar strategic customer-facing role.
• Domain expertise in PCB design or the ECAD design process.
• Hands-on experience with ECAD software, PLM integrations, and workflow management.
• Proven ability to navigate complex customer environments, including integrations and business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites on a monthly basis.
