Sr. Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales executives to showcase the value of the graph data platform
• Manage technical aspects of the sales cycle, including discovery and demonstrations
• Drive and run the technology evaluation stage of sales cycles
• Co-create reference and solution architectures within public cloud or on-premise environments
• Communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management and Engineering
• Act as a technical advisor and advocate for products and services to customer stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data analytics, data science, or cloud data architecture
• Proficiency with relational (SQL) and/or NoSQL databases
• Programming proficiency in at least one of: Python, Java, JavaScript, or Go
• Familiarity with GenAI, LLMs, and Agentic AI
• Knowledge of financial services and/or insurance industries
• Proven track record designing and implementing data solutions in AWS, Azure, or GCP

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of graph databases such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, OrientDB, or JanusGraph
