Sr. Solutions Associate, Talent Services Solutions

Responsibilities

• Manage a dynamic pipeline of pursuits and generate demand for specific service towers within the Talent Optimization and Management (TOM) practice
• Partner with sales personnel throughout the pursuit lifecycle, including intake evaluation, scoping, and solution development
• Translate technical requirements into layman's terms and develop effective collateral to communicate proposed solutions
• Present proposed solutions to prospective and current clients using sales-oriented communication
• Draft, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOW) for awarded engagements
• Collaborate with implementation and delivery teams to ensure all requirements, timelines, and best practices are met
• Drive service maturation by identifying opportunities for process improvements, technology investments, and playbook updates

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to manage a pipeline of active pursuits and effectively sell professional services
• SME-level technical knowledge of core concepts, operational processes, and talent management service models
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to guide clients through complex solutions
• Excellent client presentation and meeting presence, with the ability to command a room
• Proven experience in SOW drafting and negotiation
• Strong sales-oriented communication skills and ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders
