Sr. Solution Architect - SAP Procurement

Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design, enhancement, and support of procurement technology solutions.
• Serve as an internal consultant to business procurement teams on advanced capabilities within and beyond SAP.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap for procurement systems to ensure scalability and innovation.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement using advanced tools like SAP Signavio.
• Coordinate the transition of end-of-life systems in collaboration with the IT PMO.
• Act as a technical liaison between software vendors and internal IT teams.
• Provide technical leadership to ensure robust integration with supply chain IT processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in IT, specifically focused on supply chain and procurement systems.
• 5+ years of practical experience with SAP MM, SAP Ariba, or SAP Fieldglass.
• Proven experience with SAP ECC.
• Documented success in designing end-to-end procurement solutions and processes.
• Experience working with IT delivery and support teams within SAP environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS).
• Experience with architectural design of procurement ecosystems beyond the SAP portfolio.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and BTP extension technologies.
• Knowledge of process mapping, process mining, and continuous improvement practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, Clean Core, RISE, and Cloud ALM.
