Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure platform components on Kubernetes in both hospital-hosted and AWS environments.
• Integrate products onto the platform using consistent deployment, operational, and security practices.
• Contribute to or adapt Kubernetes Operators in Go for lifecycle management, upgrades, and recovery.
• Design and troubleshoot event-driven integrations using NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.
• Manage infrastructure and configuration through Git-based workflows and GitOps-style delivery practices.
• Implement secure-by-default configurations, including access control, secrets handling, and TLS.
• Support cloud designs that account for multi-tenancy, isolation boundaries, and shared platform services.
• Help integrate GPU-enabled workloads in virtualized environments with a focus on secure isolation.
• Produce clear deployment guides, runbooks, and handover documentation.

Requirements

• BE, BTech, or MTech in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• 12-15 years of experience in software development/engineering.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in platform, infrastructure, or software engineering.
• Proficiency in Kubernetes across on-premises and managed cloud environments (e.g., EKS).
• Hands-on experience with the Go programming language.
• Practical experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms (NATS, Kafka, or RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Git-based workflows and GitOps-style operating practices.
• Practical AWS experience, including IAM, VPC, EKS, CloudWatch, and KMS.
• Experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code using Python, Bash, Terraform, or Ansible.
• Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare IT or other highly regulated domains.
• Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as Argo CD or Flux.
• Experience with GPU-enabled workloads in Kubernetes or virtualized environments.
• Experience with observability, reliability engineering, and production support.
