Sr. Software Engineer, RPA

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, debug, monitor, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure robotic process automations primarily using UiPath
• Collaborate with stakeholders and functional teams to deliver automation solutions that align with established standards and guidelines
• Develop and support automations that integrate with various enterprise applications, API endpoints, and AI services
• Develop high-quality, efficient, and maintainable automations using UiPath and scripting languages
• Provide production support for existing automations, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Create and maintain technical documentation for automation workflows, configurations, and troubleshooting guides

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or a related role
• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience developing and supporting RPA solutions using UiPath
• 3-5+ years of experience with a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
• Proven experience in SDLC and Agile methodology
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI/ML models or services into automation workflows
• Experience developing and configuring AWS services
• UiPath Certified Professional Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) Certification
