Sr Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage and fulfill incoming Agile PLM and Windchill change requests, enhancements, and support tickets
• Configure and customize PLM workflows, user interfaces, and business rules using Agile SDK and Web Services
• Maintain and update product, BOM, specification, and document metadata based on stakeholder requests
• Support integrations between Agile PLM and downstream systems including product GRS, ERP, and quality systems
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups to ensure timely delivery
• Facilitate effective communication between offshore and onshore teams to ensure project alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Agile PLM development and support
• Proficiency with Agile SDK, Java, XML, and PLM Web Services/API integration
• Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including the use of Stored Procedures and Functions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work onsite in Hyderabad 4 days a week during US EST time zone

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and PLM processes within the CPG industry
• Experience with JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing and backlog management systems
• Familiarity with regulatory or GxP compliance environments
