Sr. Software Engineer II

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve IAM foundations for AI Agents, including identity, permission guardrails, and enterprise-grade audit systems
• Build reliable, standards-based authentication and authorization systems for millions of global users
• Propose and implement technical solutions and guide system architecture across the full stack (frontend, backend, databases, and APIs)
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, Compliance, and Product Engineering to solve complex risk and governance challenges
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and career development support

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and operating production software using modern engineering practices
• Strong understanding of cloud security, IAM systems, threat models, and mitigations
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or Golang
• Experience designing and operating highly reliable, scalable distributed systems
• Experience building security-sensitive or identity-related systems in production
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Enterprise Identity and Access Management experience (OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, SAML, JWT, or Session Management)
• In-depth experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience building secure authentication or authorization capabilities for web and/or mobile platforms
• Experience building AI Agent or Non-Human identity platforms
