Sr. Software Engineer, Backend

Responsibilities

• Develop complex cloud-native applications and scalable infrastructure for the Altium 365 platform
• Build new product features for electronics engineers to enhance collaboration and efficiency
• Implement large-scale data processing, data modeling, and intent-based API design
• Utilize AI and ML to power advanced search capabilities within the platform
• Work with stateful and stateless servers, relational databases, and ORM frameworks
• Define and drive engineering standards, best practices, and technical governance

Requirements

• 6+ years of .NET experience
• Solid experience with microservices and cloud solutions
• Proven ability to take ownership and work with a high level of autonomy
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to influence technical direction
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and contribute to a culture of partnership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Firebird, Oracle, or Postgres
• Experience with cloud providers such as Azure, GCP, or AliCloud
