Sr. Social Producer

Responsibilities

• Produce social-first video content end to end, including concept, shoot, edit, and publish for LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X
• Shoot in the field using mobile and prosumer cameras, directing on-camera talent and interviewing customers
• Edit using social-native tools like Capsule, ensuring high-quality hooks, pacing, and platform-native design
• Lead the production of social content series from pilot to repeatable format
• Monitor platform trends to create reactive, on-brand content within hours
• Integrate AI tools into the production workflow for ideation, scripting, and asset generation
• Use performance data such as watch time and engagement rates to iterate on creative decisions
• Partner with creators and employees to scale social presence
• Manage the social production calendar and approval flows

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience producing social-first content for brand channels
• A portfolio or reel of personally produced and published social-first work
• Proven track record of building and scaling social content series
• Deep fluency in LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and X formats and trends
• Hands-on experience shooting on mobile/prosumer cameras and editing in social-native tools
• Active use of AI tools in a production workflow
• Ability to translate social performance data into creative decisions
• Willingness to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building social-native content for B2B or enterprise brands
• Experience in the B2B tech industry
• Experience managing creator partnership programs
• Proficiency with project management tools like Airtable
